Return & Refund Policy – Sara Household Products
At Sara Household Products, we strive to provide high-quality cleaning essentials to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with returns or replacements.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.
- You initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
- For bulk orders, returns will be accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
- If an item is found to be misused or not in its original condition, the return request may be denied.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact our customer support via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide order details, images of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping details.
Refund & Replacement Process:
- Replacement: If the request is approved, a replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days (subject to stock availability).
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after verifying the return.
- If refund is approved the amount will be credited within 7-10 days in the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or washed items.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Bulk orders (unless defective or incorrect).
- Clearance sale or discounted products.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled.
- If an order is canceled before shipping, a partial refund (excluding payment processing fees) may be issued.
- Any product warranties (if applicable) will be explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase.
