Shipping & Cancellation Policy – Sara Household Products

At Sara Household Products, we ensure timely and efficient delivery of our cleaning essentials range. Please read our shipping and cancellation policies carefully before placing an order.

1.Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch:

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Shipping is available across India to serviceable pin codes.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
  • Bulk Orders: May take 7-10 business days (depending on order size and location)
  • Products will be delivered with 5-10 business working days
  • Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, logistical delays, or regional restrictions.

    Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 per order for orders below ₹500 and ₹100 for orders below ₹999
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹1000.
  • For bulk orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
  • Tracking Your Order:

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order status.
  • Our courier partners include Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, and India Post.
  • Delivery Attempt & Conditions:

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice before marking an order as undeliverable.
  • Orders will be considered delivered in the following cases:
    • Wrong/incomplete shipping address provided.
    • Recipient unavailable during delivery attempts.
    • Premises locked.
    • Recipient refuses delivery.
  • If delivery fails due to customer negligence, no refund or re-delivery will be provided.
  • Special Delivery Terms:

  • Hospital/PG/Hostel Deliveries: The package may be handed over to security/reception if the recipient is unavailable.
  • Remote Areas & Restricted Locations: Some locations may have limited delivery services. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you before dispatch.
  • No delivery to railway stations, metro stations, bus stations or airports.

2.Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations before Shipping:

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel, contact our customer support team via email or phone.
  • If the order is already shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Cancellation after Shipping:

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
  • Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
  • If canceled after dispatch, only shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
