2.Products & Orders

• Sara Household Products specializes in selling mops, brooms, brushes, wipers, towels, and cleaning accessories.
• We accept both bulk and single orders. Bulk orders may be eligible for discounts based on quantity.
• All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you with alternative options or an estimated restock date.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by price fluctuations.

3.Payment Terms

• We accept payments via online banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other available payment methods as listed on our website.
• Bulk orders may require advance payment or a deposit before processing.
• Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4.Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver products across designated regions. Shipping charges may vary based on location and order quantity.
• Estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of order confirmation. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, supply chain issues, or logistics disruptions) are not our responsibility.
• Bulk orders may have specific delivery timelines, which will be communicated during order placement.

5.Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns only in cases of defective or damaged products. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• To initiate a return, provide proof of damage (photos/videos) and a valid reason for the return.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification of the returned product.
• Products returned due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

6.Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations beyond this period may not be accepted.
• Modifications to bulk orders are allowed only before dispatch.
• Sara Household Products reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund to the customer.

7.Warranty & Liability

• Our products are designed for long-term use, but normal wear and tear are not covered under any warranty.
• We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors beyond our control.
• Any product warranties (if applicable) will be explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase.
